Privacy policy

Last updated 24 September 2026

This explains what I do with your information. It is written in plain English on purpose, because a privacy policy nobody can read is not really a privacy policy.

Who I am

WebMOT is a one-person web studio run by Ahsan, working across South East London. WebMOT is a trading name of Azee Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17348543), registered office Unit A1338, 4-6 Greatorex Street, London, E1 5NF. Azee Solutions Ltd is the data controller for anything you send.

Email [email protected] or ring 07473 950218.

What I collect

Only what you type into the form on this website, the chat box, or a WebMOT form on Facebook or Instagram:

On a Facebook or Instagram form you may also answer a short question about what you are interested in, and Meta may fill some fields in for you from your profile. You can change them before you press submit.

That is the lot. There is no account to create, no newsletter sign-up, and no hidden field collecting anything else.

Why I have it, and what I do with it

I use it to look at your website, write your report, and send it back to you. If you asked me to ring you, I ring you. That is the only reason I hold it.

The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked me for something and I need your details to provide it. You can ask me to stop and delete everything at any time and I will.

What I will never do

Who else sees it

Being straight with you, these companies are involved in this website and my enquiries working at all:

Cloudflare

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request information to serve the page and to block attacks. That is unavoidable for any hosted website. Cloudflare is based in the United States and transfers are covered by their standard contractual clauses.

Brevo

Website form and chat submissions are emailed to my inbox through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which sees whatever you typed in order to deliver it.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

If you reply to a WebMOT advert using a Facebook or Instagram form, Meta collects your answers and passes them to me. Meta also handles that information under its own privacy policy, at facebook.com/privacy/policy. I use it only to reply to your enquiry, as described above.

Google Fonts

The typefaces on this site load from Google's servers, which means your IP address reaches Google when the page loads. This is common practice but it is still a transfer, so it belongs in here rather than being glossed over. If you would rather it did not happen, a browser extension that blocks third-party fonts will stop it, and I am moving to self-hosted fonts to remove it entirely.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for twelve months so I can pick up a conversation if you come back to me, then deleted. If you become a customer I keep records for six years, because tax rules require it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask me for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I will do it within a month, usually the same week. It costs nothing.

If you think I have handled your information badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. I would rather you told me first so I can put it right.

Changes

If this policy changes the date at the top changes with it.
