Questions garages ask

Do I need a computer or new software?

No. You send your customer list once, by WhatsApp or email, in any form. We set everything up and it runs by itself every weekday.

Who do the messages come from?

They go out in your garage's name, and customers reply to book with you. We never contact your customers about anything else.

How do you know when each MOT is due?

We look up every car's MOT expiry date on the official DVSA record, using the registration number.

What if a customer doesn't want messages?

Every customer can reply STOP, and they never hear from us again. We only message your own customers, about their own car.

Is there a contract?

No. It's £29 a month with no setup fee, and you can stop any time with 30 days' notice.

Do you only work with garages in London?

Most of our garages are in South and East London, but everything is done by WhatsApp and phone, so it works for a garage anywhere in the UK.
